This one is not for everyone. I wrote this song trying to put myself in the shoes of Adam after the fall. I don’t claim this to be a teachable perspective, or anything of the sort. This is just my interpretation of how Adam might have felt looking back on all that happened. I think people are often a little too hard on Adam for his words after the fall, but I don’t dismiss his failures at all, and I hope that at some point he did discuss things with her, and that he did become a better leader after this monumental failure and trauma. It’s not for me to know, but I can try to think through his experience and apply it to my own failures in being a leader for my wife, and so I did this.
