A Good Person? What Are You Made For?
What makes someone a "good person"? The world has a lot to say on that. Help the poor. Don’t lie. Don’t hurt people. Be kind. Recycle. Fight injustice. Mind your own business. Smile. Be nice. Different cultures, worldviews, and religions all have their own versions of...
Enoch: The Man Who Didn’t Die
In the middle of a long list of names and years in Genesis 5—people who lived, fathered children, and then died—we find a startling pause in the pattern. A name, a man, breaks the rhythm of mortality: Enoch. "Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God...
No Condemnation: Living in the Freedom of Christ

The David & Goliath Comic Book is finally here!
Years in the making, our first publication, our David and Goliath comic book is finally complete and ready to own. Please join us in helping to spread this powerful story by contributing to our fundraiser today. Our David and Goliath fundraiser will run the entire month of June, with claimed gifts being distributed shortly thereafter. The David and Goliath comic book is 24 pages (including the cover) and is presented as a direct translation from Scripture, with no artistic license taken. We believe that the Word of the Lord is perfect and complete, lacking in nothing, so no interpretations were made to make this book. There are study notes throughout the book to encourage readers to dive deeper into the story, but the story itself is unaltered from Scripture. Please check out the video above to see more of the project.
It started with a podcast…
Over the years, there have been many interpretations of the David and Goliath narrative, both Christian and secular. Malcolm Gladwell’s book about the topic inspired Fear No Evil ministries to attempt to popularize a truly Biblical account of the narrative by creating this comic book. If you’d like to know more about the history of this project, listen to our original podcast on the subject.

OUR MISSION
(11) And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, (12)to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, (13) until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, (14) so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.
Ephesians 4:11-14

More than 2 million people have left the church every year for the past 7 years.
U.S. Religious Landscape Study, Pew Research Center 2014
People leave the church for many reasons, and there’s no perfect answer on how to change this, but we can’t just act like it’s not happening. People are hurting, people are afraid, and people are lost. It’s up to those who believe to help them see the light. Remember, “We who are strong are to bear with the failings of the weak.” Romans 15:1
